Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer several shipping options for orders within India:

• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free on orders over ₹5,000. ₹500 flat rate for orders under ₹5,000.
• Express Shipping (3-5 business days): ₹1,000 flat rate for all orders.
• Metro Overnight Delivery (1-2 business days): Available for select metro cities, starting at ₹2,500.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

International Shipping

We supply to over 20 countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

• Middle East & Africa: 10-15 business days, starting at ₹5,000.
• Asia Pacific: 12-18 business days, starting at ₹7,500.
• Europe: 15-20 business days, starting at ₹10,000.
• North America: 18-25 business days, starting at ₹12,000.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their respective countries.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email and SMS with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing order details.

Heavy Equipment Shipping

For large or heavy equipment orders that require freight shipping, our logistics team will contact you with a custom shipping quote and estimated delivery timeline. FTL (Full Truckload) and LCV transport options are available across India.
