Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included
- Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return
- Hazardous materials or items that have been installed may not be returned
How to Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Ship the item back with the RMA number clearly marked on the package
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the item
Warranty Coverage
All Crane Control System products are covered by our comprehensive warranty program:
- Standard Warranty (2 years): Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions
- Extended Warranty (up to 5 years): Available for purchase on select products
- Lifetime Warranty: Available on select premium product lines
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications
- Damage from improper installation or maintenance
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
Warranty Claims
To file a warranty claim, contact our support team with your order number, product details, photos of the defect, and a description of the issue. Our team will review your claim and respond within 48 hours.
