REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS WINDOW
a) Standard catalogue items: 14 calendar days from delivery.
b) Faulty items under warranty: up to 12 months (see §3).
c) Custom, programmed, built-to-order, obsolete or OEM-drop-ship items are non-returnable and non-refundable except for warranty claims.HOW TO START A RETURN
Step 1 – Request an RMA: log into “My Orders” or email cranecontrolsystem44@gmail.com.with order number, part number, serial number (if any) and reason.
Step 2 – We issue an RMA number and prepaid label (for faulty goods) or instructions (for unwanted goods).
Step 3 – Repack in original anti-static packaging, include RMA form, and ship within 7 days of RMA issue. Goods must be unused and in re-saleable condition.FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS
We pay return freight and will:
• replace at no charge, or
• issue full refund including original outbound freight, or
• issue credit note, at your choice.
Processing time: up to 7 business days after we receive the goods.UNWANTED / NON-FAULTY GOODS
You pay return freight and a 15 % restocking fee (minimum $25). Refund covers item price only; original outbound freight is not refunded. We deduct the fee before issuing credit to your original payment method. Processing time: up to 5 business days after we receive and inspect the goods.EXCLUSIONS
• Software or firmware once the seal or licence code is revealed.
• Consumables (fuses, filters, batteries, relays) after opening.
• Goods damaged in return transit due to inadequate packaging.
• Goods altered or soldered by you.LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank/credit-card issuer, then contact cranecontrolsystem44@gmail.com.CANCELLATION OF UNSHIPPED ORDERS
We normally pick and pack within 1 h. If you cancel before despatch we will refund in full within 24 h. If part of the order has shipped, the remainder is treated as a return under article 4 .
